ANALYSIS

We will be carrying out problem analysis for each home in the following method. Our local volunteers will document it and capture necessary proof of requirements.

TYPES OF PROBLEMS

• Need for provisions and sustenance
• Need for construction or civil work to meet the bare minimum requirements.
• Need for educational, occupational or institutional support.

KEY METRICS

• Number of occupants in a home.
• Current source of funding or sustenance.
• Type of residents ( old age,orphans or people with disabilities).
• Profile of the home and the people in-charge.
• Sustainability of our the contribution.

DOCUMENTATION

• Comprehensive evaluation of each home.
• Creating a need-requirement matrix to plot and identify the most deserving homes.
• Photographic and video proof of the needs.
